The years have not been good to this hotel.I had e-mailed the hotel with some basic requests as a surprise for my wife for our anniversary several times and they never bothered to reply. We travelled from the UK.We first booked here in 2001 and decided to go back there as part our 10 year anniversary. We have stayed in this hotel twice in the last ten years.
